At the Doggy Hotel, we believe weekends are for fun with our furry friends , chill long walks, hangouts & cafe hopping, a little exploring does wonders for the soul (and the snout).

So, Maddy & Mylo, our in-house cafe hoppers, decided to scout the city and sniff out the best pet-friendly cafés in Ahmedabad. Here is their prepared  list:         

  1. Salt Café

  • Timings: 12:30 PM – 10:00 PM

  • Cost for Two: ~₹300

  • Pros: Made for dogs, water bowls, dog-loving crowd, paw-sitive energy and the best part ? – It is situated inside the doggy hotel campus.

  • Cons: Your dog might get so comfortable here that they won’t want to go anywhere else.

Maddy & Mylo’s note: Great place for playdates, meeting us and meeting fellow dog parents.

 

2. The Greenstraw House 

  • Timings: 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM

  • Cost for Two: ~₹800

  • Pros: Rooftop breezes, photogenic setting, welcoming staff and amazing view

  • Cons: Not ideal in the summer heat; stairs can be tricky for older dogs.

    Tip: Visit around sunset for gorgeous views and happy tails.

 

 3. Vince Café 

  • Timings: 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM

  • Cost for Two: ~₹800

  • Pros: Terrace seating, relaxed vibe, great for selfies with your pup.

  • Cons: Potential for loud noise might not be the best place for anxious dogs.

Maddy & Mylo’s note: Visit here in the day or at the time of sunset, enjoy the charm of this place before hoomans take over the vibe.

 

  1. Momento
  • Timings: 10:00 AM – 11:00 PM

  • Cost for Two: ~₹900

  • Pros: Peaceful, homely atmosphere, with staff who are genuinely happy to welcome pets.
  • Cons: Limited outdoor seating, more suited to smaller groups.

Tip: Ideal for relaxed coffee dates with your four-legged companion snoozing by your side

 

5. Drunch Café 

  • Timings: 5:00 PM – 1:00 AM

  • Cost for Two: ~₹700–750

  • Pros: Open-air vibes, plenty of room for active dogs, fun place for groups.

  • Cons: Evening-only hours; can get noisy for anxious pups.

    Maddy & Mylo’s note: Best for evening hangouts when your dog has energy to burn.

 

 6. The Dark Roast

  • Timings: 8:30 AM – 11:30 PM

  • Cost for Two: ~₹950

  • Pros: Long operating hours, cozy ambience, pet-friendly staff.

  • Cons: More indoor space than outdoor, works best for well-behaved, calmer dogs.

Tip: A good weekday option when you need caffeine and your dog needs company.

 

7. Your Couch 

Yes, we are adding this as a reminder that sometimes your dog just wants to sit on your lap while you simply have your chai and adore, cuddle and play with them. 

  • Timings: 24 Hours

  • Cost for Two: ~₹0

  • Pros: Cozy ambience, very homely, pet-friendly environment
